I am currently scouting Talent, driving growth & owning the digital field. She’s developing the next generation of digital all‑stars — from our on‑air talent to the behind‑the‑scenes crew — while steering the entire GameDay Garage social ecosystem. I am running point on content planning, strategy, analytics, and growth opportunities, including identifying rising talent. She coaches our creators on elevating their social presence, leads our first‑ever internship program, and has played a key role in every talent pitch deck that’s stepped up to the plate.
